Because of fraud there is a lot of money laundering. Ghana should not be taken off of the list they are thieves. Nam1,pastors,police and politicians are corrupt in Ghana. If you give them 25 years of community service.

go and ask Obinim if Ghana has a weaker system of money laundering or not. The money he laundered to Spain was returned but those he sent to another location makes Ghana a suspect
