Takoradi Mall supports basic schools in Sekondi-Takoradi

The Management of Takoradi Mall, as part of their corporate social responsibility, has presented over 1000 educational materials to some selected schools within the metropolis.

The gesture is to mark the first anniversary of the mall.

Presenting the items, Mr Joseph Danyi, Manager of the Mall, said the items would go a long way to enhance the total development of the pupils within the STMA.

Mr Danyi noted that “the importance of quality education is reflected in the quality of life of a society's people. Therefore, the provision of proper education can provide inspiration, empowerment and opportunities to the people.”

He stressed that all of these factors are essential for the psychological, social and economic well-being of the people.

On his part, the Marketing Manager, Mr Emmanuel Kudoto also advised the pupils to be obedient to their teachers, parents and study hard so they become responsible citizens in future.

The beneficiary schools include, Butumegyabu (BU) Primary, Ketan Catholic Primary and Ketan Anglican Primary Schools.

Takoradi Mall is the only western-style shopping and entertainment destination in the Western, Western North and Central Regions of Ghana.

Their main focus is to deliver convenient one-stop shopping in a safe and secure environment to the good people of Takoradi and its environs.
