Dr is on Point. The President must be free to appoint all minister from outside of Parliament. The current situation is tying the Presidents hands to a very limited pool of persons to be ministers. Not to talk about the real possibility of conflict of interest in the current situation where some members of Parliament are also Ministers

Re: Free the president to appoint ministers outsid The Constitution does not require all Ministers to come from the President's party. The Constitution says a majority should come from Parliament, that leaves 49% to be appointed from outside Parliament. This is sufficient lee
