My friend, before you show any ignorance, let you be told that German and Dutch names are distinct and that they have different names.

Good, if a German has a Dutch name, then that person has Dutch parents/grandparents. And the same holds for a Dutch with German name.

The differnce comes about because of the difference in the languages, albeit similarities.
