To be leader in Africa is very interesting. U become the owner of everything just like the kings. The people accept that, U can use their money any way U want because U are above the law, U are untouchable. Asantehene money laundering(theft) case, no one can even question him, the Ashantis will not allow that to happen. JJ Rawlings answer to a question was "my friends pay my children school fees(case closed) Mahama gave cash and cars to kings, queens and others, no one could question him about the source of the money. Ghana will remain a third world country for ever.
