The International Community mostly feed on lies. Even many Ghanaians know the free SHS was a wrong move. Basic education in Ghana is not free. You jumped into the middle to make SHS free without thinking through or planing. Anybody who criticized you for doing a lousy job becomes a target. Were you not lambasting Prez. Mahama a few days ago about your free SHS failures? No doubt Prez. Trump praised you for having a sh..thole government.
