Alliance Motors hosts a 'Ladies-Only' luxury automotive event

On 18th November, Alliance Motors Ghana, the exclusive distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in Ghana, will present the maiden edition of Heels on Wheels, a ladies only automotive event which will be held at its showroom, Grand Oyeeman, behind Opeibea House starting at 1:00pm.

The invite-only event will mark the first of its kind in Ghana and leads the way to offer women interactive sessions with experts on basic maintenance and repairs, tips on purchasing, and an opportunity to test drive vehicles from the Jaguar and Land Rover fleet.

Guests will have an unfettered tour and access to some of the most innovative and luxurious vehicles in the world such as the Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Evoque, All New Discovery, Jaguar F Pace, Jaguar XF, and Jaguar XJ. Financial experts from Barclays Bank will also be present to discuss and acquaint guests with financing options.

“The luxury auto industry is often very male centered especially when it comes to advertising and marketing. However, we at Alliance Motors are pace setters and believe that is imperative for the industry to be responsive to women and their individual needs while piquing their interest in cars. Over the past few years there has been a dramatic rise in women who own and drive cars in Ghana and across Africa. With Heels on Wheels, we are educating women about their choices and options in the luxury market as well as best practices for auto purchase, finance, maintenance, and repairs so that they are better informed consumers, owners and drivers,” says Kwadwo Adjabeng, Sales Manager at Alliance Motors Ghana.

Following the program and test drives, guests will mingle and enjoy complimentary canapes, tea and cocktails courtesy of Cointreau. Attendees who are interested in purchase will receive a special Heels on Wheels discount on select models.

“Many of our sales team are actually women and they will be leading some of the sessions and providing a welcoming environment for attendees to learn and ask the questions they may be too afraid or embarrassed to ask in other settings. Heels on Wheels will be an afternoon of education, fun and adventure with Jaguar and Land Rover,” adds Adjabeng.
