Cause is TOR heavyweight crude. This has nothing to do with gas stations. Stations are rather losing money due to leaks and contaminated fuels TOR is selling to gas stations, which caused the explosions.

Check your facts. Land for what? Stop selling contaminated fuels to gas station. All the refined cruel oil coming from TOR are poorly refined and highly explosive due to high levels of sulfur in heavyweight crude.
