The factories and jobs will not last if the system and institutions upon which they were established are corrupt. If we do not stop corruption and leakages the $19 billion we are borrowing from China will only become a waste of time and a huge burden on future generations of Ghanaians. Let us fix the system, get institution and civil services to function properly, outlaw vigilantes, hire more police officers and provide better training and funding for them. And more importantly stabilize power supply. Factories and job creation are the responsibilities of private investors, but they require an enabling environment to attract them to invest their money in the economy.

CAN YOU IMAGINE IF IT HAD BEEN THE OTHER WAY ROUND; THE NDC IN POWER AND THE NPP RAISING THIS CONCERN; THE THINKLESS NDC WOULD HAVE IGNORED THEM AND BULDOZED THEIR WAY THROUOGH.
I AM PRAYING THEY (THE NDC) NEVER RETURN TO POWER AND THAT WE WILL HAVE A NEW OPPOSITION PARTY TO REPLACE THEM, FOR THE FUTURE.

What is the NPP parliamentarians doing to this country? We profess to be different from the NDC but as things stand now, the WEAK leadership of the NPP in Parliament is making life very difficult for the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and I want to know why?
Should the MINORITY order the Majority around anyhow they want? We were all in Ghana and we saw how the NDC ruled the Parliament as a majority but we seemed to be toothless.
Did the NPP not know the procedures to lay bills in parliament? Kwabena Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, the supposedly Majority leader and a seasoned one at that is becoming toothless as Haruna Iddrisu is running the show as for Osei Wusu and Adwoa Sarfowaa the least said about them the better.
NPP,Parliamentarians wake up and stop the corrupt NDC from claiming moral grounds in the way things should be done in your parliament.
Act now!

According to Martin Amidu, the original bill that was made available to stakeholders and CSO's did not have those clauses which found it's inclusion in the one before Parliament. So how did it get in there? Was it included in Cabinet, or during it's transition to Parliament or the clause was inserted in Parliament?
How did the clause come to find it's way into the Bill? It is important Pres. Akufo Addo understands how that happened, so moving forward, there is unanimity in the direction, Ghana and Ghanaians have tasked them to steer this country, in tackling corruption. There can be no, and there should be no, and there must be no ambiguity, with respect to this agenda.
The goodwill of Ghana considering this administration is not inelastic, and we must make it very, very clear, one-term Presidency is the new norm in this country.
What will not be accepted as the new norm in this country is corruption, and may we add that, Ghana has reached it's elastic limit with that state of affairs with regards to corruption.
The inserter(s) of that clause must be fished out and buried. Get them out of there. Get them out of there.
