Of course. Ghana is a place where "planning", is absent. The siting of real estate improvements should always take into consideration the topography of the site. Landscape designers and various engineers should be engaged but not in Ghana. You cannot ignore natural forces. I am extremely fearful of natural events. Extreme high winds, extreme rain (water), earthquakes or tremors. These are things you ignore at your own peril! Yet, in Ghana, we routinely ignore the basics. We are so used to not obeying laws that we also disobey natural laws. We pay for it with lives lost in floods all over the country. No matter how may lives we loose, we still don't get it.
