  He has no power to decide NOW. He should just pass on the petition to the Attorney General. He can only decide AFTER the AG is done.

  The choice the president has within the remit of the constitution is to pass this impeachment letter to the Chief Justice for investigation. Those who know the law say he has only one choice not a decision. To forward it the CJ. Ana's expose of corruption in the judiciary and the former CHRJ boss are precedents. The EOCO investigations of accusations and counter accusations are a different track. If I were Madam Osei, I will resign and head to South Africa, USA or U.K. to teach university courses rather than wait to be impeached. It is not worth the hassle. She should cut a deal if that is possible.
