  Action Movement of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the former first lady, Lordina Mahama and the siblings of former President John Mahama of being the cause of NDC defeat in the 2016 elections. The spokesperson of the group, Kodzo Hamenya Keglo speaking at the Ghana International Press Centre said “while JM was preaching made in Ghana goods (such as shoes, batik and locally made clothes), the wife was doing the opposite by printing T Shirts from China which is a huge disappointment for Ghanaian printing companies.The 20 million pieces of T Shirts JM’s wife printed from China, could have been shared to party members to print them locally and would have created a lot of jobs for Ghanaians.”
  JM’s brothers are the main reason why we lost the 2016 elections, collecting all contracts from Airport, Roads, Cocoa Board, GNPC, ECG , VRA, Ministry of Power and all major contracts in the country.“If you don’t see JM brothers, you cannot get a contract and if you see them, then you have to pay money before you get the contract, frustrating foreign contractors and companies by taking Ghanaian contractors for granted and creating enemies for the NDC party,” the former first lady, Lordina Mahama and the siblings of former President John Mahama of being the cause of NDC defeat in the 2016 elections.   It goes without repeating that all the commissioners at the EC are on their way out. It would not have to be the president's decision: they have brought the situation on to themselves.
  There is no way these people can work together as a team for the good of the nation. And, even before setting up any investigative commission to look into the accusations and counter-accusations, none of them is fit enough to be entrusted with the destiny of the country at that high profile commission. Thy have all failed individually and collectively, and must be made to vacate their posts.
  The president's only fault would be if he decides to apply his well rehearsed slogan: "The battle is still the Lord's" and allow any of these misfits the opportunity to continue to wantomly waste our scarce resources at the commission.
  What is good is that by allowing matters to take their own cause, we have managed to get the horses to speak! If the presidency had come out to confirm receipt of the initial accusations and ordered the EC chair on leave straight away, the NDC would have had a field day of accusing the government of witch-hunting! As the situations has developed into now, the NDC are going to have to dig deep in order to come out of the hole they have dug for themselves.
  Nobody is going to deny the goings on in the commission are rumours - because they have come from the only trustworthy personnel at the commission. Because there are two sides of the same story, it means both sides must be true. Charlotte is telling the truth about the rot, and the accusers are also telling us the real truth about the rot at the commission because they are the real movers at the place: they carry out the real operations, taking directives from Charlotte and her deputies. So we do not even need a committee to confirm the happenings. All we need a committee for is to decide how to send them off.
  Ken Agyapong must be commended for all his pronouncements. He has nearly exhausted every detail that is coming out now from the horses' own mouths.
  The only low key persons we have to deal with are the people who call themselves as members of the NDC. They have proved themselves to be vagabonds and mindless individuals who are wasting public resources for nothing. Long live Ghana.

  Kwasi Pratt should tell that to the NDC and minority in parliament for their hasty and uninformed press conference to accuse the president for being behind the EC petitioners.If a big party as Ndc had no information of the happenings at the EC,then I now understand why they couldn't compile their own election results during the just ended major election in 2016.Charlotte Osei has disgraced them,she is too young to handle an institution such as EC,young women usually show off when given an edge over men & especially on fellow women,a very good example was Rahel Apoh and Vicky Hammah,they gossip instead of working.John Mahama considered his interest in appointing the current EC boss rather than the national interest,if he had engaged in a broader consultations without political and personal considerations things would've been different today,any president who's appointments is call to question then he has a problem.Its not limited to the EC boss alone,even his appointees who's mandate end with the president were called to question,former president mahama if he was politically mature to fire some of his appointees with their concerns to improve his image,another example is the montie 3,he could've met the guys and explain how releasing them from prison ll cost them the election and assure them he would take care of their families including rewarding to apeace them after their jail term,but the former president ridiculed the presidency and the judiciary with the pardon and suffered the defeat his lawyer advised him against.
