Do the highest ranking countries have public toilets?

Historically Ghana's public toilets have served as growth-poles for food vending and garbage disposal sites which itself is unsanitary.

The ultimate solution is to have one-house one-toilet facility at a minimum.

Also, the issue of poor sanitation relates to several other issues that are economic in nature. There are households which cannot afford a toilet roll. They cannot afford to rent a house with toilet facilities. There are no evangelists who will built and rent self-contained shelters for the price of OD (Open Defecation) shelters.

So there again we must look at the issues of the economy, employment, salaries and wages when we are worried about ODF.
