According to the committee, the NDC needs to take steps to crowd the party with critical thinkers in order to make the NDC a better party.

This can never ever happened in any part of the world apart from Ghana. Aaaba!
JDM offered this position to CO in order to win 2016 election at all cost but l thank my fellow Ghanaians who stood upon their feet to teach JDM and NDC a lesson that no amount of words could save them to rule another four more years.
We must say the truth. I know many will come to attack me but all that l know is that "Nokware ye baako pe" even Heaven and Earth know what NDC wanted to do but God Almighty disposed their plans.

It is premature for the EC boss to ask for the disclosure of the identities of her accusers, and her lawyers should have advised her accordingly, instead of threathening a court action. If the petition is sustained by the Presidency, a hearing must follow. The petitioners will then have to come forth at the hearing to testify, and their identities will be revealed. If the petition succeeds, she will be thrown out of office, and she will have no cause of action against her accusers, since their accusations would have been proven to be true. If on the other hand, the petition is rejected, because the Presidency finds it to be without merit, then the EC boss can legitimately institute action for the disclosure of the identities of her accusers, and proceed with an action for defamation. Similarly if after a hearing,, the accusatons prove to be false, she may proceed with an action for defamation. Her demand for the disclosure of the identities of her accusers at this stage, appears to be a vain attempt to intimidate them, and thereby block the petition from proceeding. The lawyer for the petitioners should stand his ground, and dare the EC boss to go to court. Her court action, at best, will only open a can of worms, to her disadvantage.
