Ministry of Food and Agriculture must import special lanterns made in China to trap the mophs at night. Some are rechargeable and others are solar panel controlled. The lamps have in-built fans that imprison the mophs into a sack hanging below the lamp case. The mophs after trapped can also be grounded and sold for medicinal purposes. This practice is cost effective and more reliable for the pest control since they breed at night and lay more eggs again into the field. The light is colourful and those mophs hate it so they approach to hit it quenched and thereby, they are trapped. I hope all will take note to prevent such future outbreaks.
