The NCCE should be adequately resource to educate the general public about their civic responsibilities

That's great news! Soon all ministers should also meet the press to inform the public on the development programs and progress so far achieved. This is a great start. Now the NDC should come out and spew out garbage. The signs have began to show; banks interest rates have started dropping, more foreign businesses have started showing trooping Ghana for opportunities, inflation has declined (12.9 down to 12.1 in 6 months), GDP has risen from 3.5% to 6.6% as well, Central Bank (BOG) has reduced it's policy rate 2X in a roll, market people have reported of increased business since January esp. in Koforidua, China has entered into joint business ventures with Ghana, pledging $21 Billion in varied economic packages including grants etc. Russia has pledged to invest in Ghana's entire rail transport system in a BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) basis, U.S. Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and the U.K have all pledged heavy investment ventures with Ghanaian businesses. That's great news and great signs of great things to come. Shame on the bogus NDC! All they can do is keep on telling lies. Funny bunch of crooks!

Kudos to H.E. The President, for showing great leadership. Nobody can better explain Ghana's positive economic achievements more than the President himself.
