    Well there needs to be a towing policy but not what the DVLA and NRSA was trying to implement as it's bogus and would be a rip off.

    The Contractor should be paid upon the submission of invoice on number of vehicles towed per month but not on time elapsed.

    My sympathy for tje lost on the part if Kotoko ;However according to the police this accident was due to the recklessness on the part of the kotoko driver.He rammed into the vehicle that was in motion and not packed
