You superindend over a ministry where teachers recruited more than a year have not been paid and chased nn daily bases by landlords and creditors whom they owe huge amounts,they teach without syllabi and texts books in classrooms falling apart. And your word of consolation is a threat to freeze promotions. This braggard they call Napo should stop erring my ears and tackle the problems plaguing the ministry or admit failure and exit the scene. No more arrogance from,him or he will face the wrath of angry teachers

Does the minister not know that promotion in the GES is not automatic? After 5 years, one attends an interview before they are promoted. Meanwhile, our sister professionals, the nurses are promoted automatically. He should not add more stress to what the teacher already endures. Instead of improving teachers conditions of service, he is always threatening teachers. If he does not take care, he will fail as education minister.
