  You don't just wake up and train the unemployed population.
  There is a system in Europe where every potential unemployee is registered at the labour office.Based on your qualification in education and profession you get quick orientation to many vocational and technical or other competence.When a worker is competent and well trained,he becomes productive and efficient.He does quality job with the necessary standard and waste lesser time and materials.I hope to get the opportunity to train metal workers,welders and others.I've gone through such training programmes in France and would like to share my experience with others.That's what I've been advocating over the years for Professional orientation.Thank you.
