  DESPITE THE PROMISE TO PAY CONTRACTORS, PEOPLE INVOLVED IN GETFUND PROJECTS HAVE CERTIFICATES LYING THERE FOR MORE THAN 10 MONTHS, SOME EVEN 1 YEAR AND HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. PEOPLE TOOK LOANS TO FINANCE THESE PROJECTS AND NPP IS DELIBRATELY TRYING TO DESTROY THE CONTRACTORS. ALL THE PROMISE OF 100 DAYS IS GONE TO THE WIND.
