Has no annual maintenance budget for all schools and also no inventory for each school to be audited annually so that old and broken furniture can be replace as part of an on going procedure.

I remember that the roof,of the entire school was renovated,chairs and tables and repainted by one Dr. Broni years back, and built the nursery school for the town.Our society need good hearted people from the town to support ...
