An elderly woman had just returned to her home from an evening worship service when she was startled by an intruder. As she caught the man in the act of robbing her home of its valuables, she yelled, "Stop! Acts 2:38!"

The burglar quickly turned around and started to pull out his gun when she yelled again, "Stop! Acts 2:38!"

This time the man stopped dead in his tracks, dropped his gun, and begged for mercy. The woman tied him up and calmly called the police. A short time later, an officer arrived at the house.

As the officer cuffed the man to take him in, he asked him, "Why did you just stand there? All the old lady did was yell a Scripture verse to you."

The burglar exclaimed, "Scripture verse? I thought she said she had an ax and two 38s."

This death could have been avoided. Our police need better training. When you are not equipped to handle a situation, you stay put and call for backup.

Fellow Ghanaians, where do you think these people are from? They are Nigerians & our senseless customs officers, allowed them to cross our border by accepting bribes to let them enter the country. The came with fully loaded three long trailers with suphisticated raffles during the electioneering time. Instead for JDM & his NDC government to do something about it, they took our lives for granted & were joking around, saying that NPP has ordered ammunitions to cause war in the country. The fourth long trailer loaded with suphisticated raffles, was intercepted by the customs at Aflao & when they decided to search it, the driver & his assistant, took to their heels. It was in the daily news late last year. As these raffles are in the system & many Ghanaians don't have any work to do, they've given them weapons to trade with. They use them to kidnap people, rob people @ gun point & also kill innocent people. Because of their bad behaviors, that's why many countries are driving them away from their countries. Who have seen how these Nigerians fence their walls in Ghana? Have people seen how tall they are? They don't want people to know the activities going on there. In Nigeria, is that how they fence their walls? The government should mount search for them & drive them away from Ghana. After all, the ECOWAS & OAU are not functioning. Since when did all these organizations came & what have Ghanaians achieved? Ghana doesn't look like a country @ all. Even if somebody goes to a village & want to live there, the person has to go see the chief or the king for rules and regulations regarding the village to follow. Has the so called government able to do such a thing for Ghanaians to protect us from foreign nationals? Are these Ghanaian leaders stupid or what? You people are to put Ghana first & not the other way round. All these foreign nationals, please send your troops or team to search them, & you'll see things for yourselves. Ghana is a country & not a village somebody want to build. Why are you politicians treating us like that? Do you people put your heads on pillows & think? I don't think so. All that you know is great loot & share. Why should some senseless chiefs & companies sell land & houses to these foreign nationals? Do you think about your future generations to come? If you do, I don't think you'll sell your houses & lands to these people. After all how big is Ghana? Someone should go to Nigeria & look for a land to buy & see, if that person will get some to buy. Ghanaians are big fools indeed. How can a Ghanaian encourage a foreign national to get assets to most things belonging to Ghana? Ghanaians, be wise & stop the foolishness!

Before defenders of this cancerous tumor of NPP-NDC politics of the destruction of civil society put a word out in defense or rebuttal, they may want to provide reasons how sanctioned activities of the NPP's Delta and Invincible forces, who continue to operate in plain sight, are any different from what the deadly pair did? The Delta and Invincible forces commit crimes against Ghanaians with direct orders and under NPP authority and leadership and are rewarded handsomely with tax payer monies and or public job offers. The pair committed their crime against public officers for monetary gains just like the Delta and Invincible forces do against Ghanaian citizens of opposing political ideology but rewarded with public jobs or funds. After all the NPP could not respect the Ghana police service that much if the party see a need to form it's alternate security forces. And what is society to do with an institution like the Ghana Police, that is being disrespected, undermined and underfunded by a government administration that has it's own security forces to deal with community crime?
