According to the committee, the NDC needs to take steps to crowd the party with critical thinkers in order to make the NDC a better party.

Npp vigilante actions had been handled very badly because you are a political appointee known for affiliation to the npp. You are in recent times the most tagged political IGP even before you got the job.
Remember not all police officers are npp.

Police service used to have special branches with CID being one of them. With Rawlings coming into power, most senior and deserving officers were overlooked and officers from the special branches were superimposed on the Police Service. Most of these officers are clueless and lack understanding of the operation of the service.
