Occupied New York was the mother of all Occupied protests that saw thousands of people of all classes and income levels protesting for months in raining days and snowy nights with no bathing to endure some level of discomfort to themselves just to send a message to the powers that be.
Occupied Ghana on the other side, lasted three hours, mainly consisting of hand full of so-called middld-class people numbering about 25 protesting in front of Flagstaff house. Their protests was elitist in nature as they did not want the "Veranda boys" to be part of it therefore, the protest died before arriving as it lacked the energy of a protest without the masses.
Since Occupy New York, I do not believe there's anyone walking around the US with his chest so puffed out with the title "SENIOR MEMBER" of Occupy NY.?
But here in Ghana,these returnees from UK who never been shit in that hell hole and could not change the racist landscape of England /UK had become the know-it-all mother fuckers with nothing to show for it except they could speak English.
English is like any language say Ga or Evwhe, and can be learned. I speak Ga and Twi, and I think it's ok for me to puff up my chest too that I could speak those languages, and that makes me a multi linguist abii?
