Do you initially world bank was supporting 22 schools and finally changed it to 23. She never said she built it but influenced the choice. Dome was not among the new 45 or so constituencies without schools which was one of the criterion.

If you would listen carefully to the uncompleted video played, my understanding is that; the MP wanted the constituents to know that, but for her lobbying the facility wouldn't have been there. That the contact at the world bank was private and therefore cannot be cheked officially. The consultant's advice was to contact the home government, NDC, Mahama. She further consulted government and the consultant's advice was to acquire non-litigated land for the project. The government representative ,DCE and assembly applied for land and she supported with her application and the land approved and the facility completed for the constituents. There isn't any wrong thing about it. She actually has not claimed ownership or the builder. Count the 100 schools and find the number in NDC strongholds and number in NPP strongholds and get the understanding of her statement. She most mentioned "GOVERNMENT" so let sleeping dogs 'SLEEP'. GOD SAVE GHANA.
