  I should think,the Tertiary Students have a case to press home for demands to form Boards of Directors to govern various cases including their certfications etc which have been delayed coursing undue hardships to the personnels concerned and their domestic and other commitments. Government should therefore be proactive to see to the fxing of the problem as quickly as possible to avoid the suffering of the people concerned in time like this,
