  Woaa look immigration council for what waist of resources. When the the white man is thinking of how to come out with a very fine research we always think of wasting money on things which don't bring money into the system

That is what every nation is doing now. Restrict Chinese inflow. Chinese inflow into our nation is not a good long run decision.
