Miss Safo has no document acknowledging her ownership of the land so she can't claim ownership.Now the story has changed from complete ownership to a simple request.Is that not rubbish?When you apply for a piece of land for a state project it doesn't make you the bonifide owner of the land.This silly debate must stop,it's illogical on behalf of Miss Safo.Thank you.
