Now, transferring a land from one entity to another requires more than what is served fraudulently to hoodwink fools your calibre for an almighty applause. Thence, where is the receipt showing Safolie bought the said land from Atomic and finally where is the indenture indicating a transfer from Mistr A (The Atomic Energy) to Missy B (Safolie)? It is only the NPP that has remained consistent with $13.9 so far. It appears the NDC is not saying the truth. They are doing this to defend Thief Mahama at all cost. However, pressure mounted on the NDC has forced Allotey Jacobs, the NDC chairman for Central Region to admit guilt. He stated on Peace Fm that the fresh document from Consar on the cost of the project brings finality to the controversy surrounding the cost, adding that contesting the cost is impossible.“With what has come from Consar Limited, it is difficult to defend this issue. They are on the job and what they have put out settles the controversy surrounding the cost of the project. This attempt at defending the MP will only make matters worse for her. No matter what the project will do for the community, like we say "GORO" will pass under the carpet.

In any case the atomic lands belongs to the government of Ghana so what's the point in acquiring the land for the project she even refused to attend it commissioning. I like her but the evidence are clearly against her especially when this project was a loan from the WB. A loan she voted against in Parliament.

Secondly the letter granting the Land in issue was addressed to The Municipal Assembly by Atomic Energy and a given to Adwoa Safo. The said letter did not ask Adwoa Safo to come to pay for the Land so therefore how did Adwoa Safo paid for the Land. Did Atomic Energy issued receipt of payment to Adwoa Safo?
