GHANA HAS NO PRACTICAL FARMERS AND HORTICULURAL PRACTITIONERS.
WHAT WE HAVE IN THE COUNTRY ARE ILLITERATE PEASANTS FARMERS, WHO DO ONLY CULTIVATE THE LAND IN ORDER FOR THEM TO MAKE A LIVING IN THE COUNTRY.
THEY ARE JUST LIKE THE HARDWORKING ILLITERATE COCOA FATMERS ON THEIR TOIL AND SWEAT THE NATIONS STILL EARNS ITS FOREIGHN EXCHANGE TO SERVICE NATIONAL BUDGETS AND DEBTS IN THE COUNTRY.
WHAT DO THESE FOLKS UNDERSTAND BY VEGEATABLE FARMING.
WHAT CONTINUES TO GO IN THE COUNTRY IS LIKE BUILDING MODERN FACTORIES AND HANDINNG THEM OVER TO UNSKILLED LABOURERS TO RUN THEM
WE STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO.

If those in charge of Ghana's cocoa sector continue to serve the interests of the mafiosi that imports and distributes agrochemicals, instead of meeting the needs of consumers of cocoa products, such as chocolate, it will destroy Ghana's cocoa industry as sure as day follows night.
And, above all, Ghanaians are deserving of eating organically grown fruits and vegetables. It is said the health is wealth. If we want to have a healthy population, we must ban the use of agrochemicals in Ghana.
Finally, a complete ban of agrochemicals is feasible in Ghana, because better natural alternatives - such as the folair fertilisers and growth-enhancers made by BioDeposit that have dramtically increased yields of Rwanda's coffee farmers - are available.

There are are several agriculture students who graduate from tertiary institutions and we ain't seeing the result of the knowledge acquired, and it hurts to see foreigner come into our country to teach us what we already know but don't have the capacity to maximize it and it published.
Hmmm, to me, there is an ARMY OF STUDENTS RAISING from University College of Agriculture and Environmental Studies who will bring great change to the country, Africa and the world as a whole as we incline our ears, hearts and mind to SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES.
God brought us where to be saviours soon as He made Isaac in the time of hunger.
