  The Uganda situation : the concessionaire is only in the capital city so then why don't we do a gradual thing starting with Accra. Also the short listed companies , I see only TATA to have capacity looking at their experience ...

Also the short listed companies , I see only TATA to have capacity looking at their experiences in other countries. How did BXC make the final six. Please Ghana is 27million and growing . its no joke. Our leaders we beg you use your power wisely in favour of mother Ghana.
