    Are we going to benefit from it? Or it's going to be like we are going to use tax payers money to make some leader somewhere enrich his pocket .

    Good idea - but do we have enough bauxite to go round. I understand the Chinese have been given the rights to bauxite deposits under the agreement for the money they are going to give us.
