  I bet 99% of all road contractors are bad. They are bad because they are not real road contractors. They are surrogates for the same politicians who award the contracts. They have no knowledge or experience in road construction. I know a lady who, in 2015, got the road contracts before calling people to find out if they wanted to do the job. I know the NDC who was de-drossing her and I have details of how she got the contract, and I know the exact road and mileage under the contract. I'd not be surprised if the same thing is happening under the NPP.

  Remember it is not only the Contractors you should look at .
  The Contractor pays 10% to you people before he secures the work. So eventually the 10% would have to be taken from an aspect of the road construction. Instead of the asphalt layer being 25 mm the Contractor will make it 20mm in order to get his 10% back.

  Is it now that you realise the works are substandard? BTW pay the contractors first; you cannnot get 10% b4 awarding contract, refuse to pay them and still expect them to do quality work.

  u ppl do nothing but get free car loans, free housing loans, collect sitting allowances, take bribes and topp it up with ex-gratia
