So its not impossible for it to decide to add a constituency to a project. If it decides for instance to undertake rural electrification. It will send a project manager to go on the ground to confirm for itself if the places suggested by the government are right, knowing how African leaders politicize everything. And it can choose to make changes. If that constituency was not on the government list the world bank can choose to add it as a result of the MPs advocacy.

"The NPP MPs, including Adwoa Safo who is taking credit for the project today, voted against it.

Anyone can go for the Hansard from parliament and read the discussions that went on in parliament and do your independent assessment and come and show it to Ghanaians.

Adwoa Safo voted against the loan being secured for the school, but because the NDC then had a majority, we carried the day and had the loan approved in order to begin the project.”

Politicians may make mention of something they have helped implemented or contributed to their development in their various constituencies. These things do not make them "liars" as some honorable members are saying, because it is possible that through the mere advice or mention, another politician with superb contact will be the one who will carry through these particular developments. It is sad that some of these young and inexperience members from the opposition may be using this as the yardstick of measuring someone who is a dynamic politician as a "liar". If these inexperience politicians who have their own baggage with dirt could remove the dirt in their own eyes first, then they could then come out openly to help someone they do not understand well and therefore believe that they are liars when they may in fact be referring to their contributions to a particular development. These inexperience politicians should learn to grow and desist from character assassination, which they make to some other people that are shinning like diamond and expensive jewelries in their constituencies.
