How stupid to say "advance countries they do this". Have you done the studies to realize what is good for your people? What kind of partnership will bring revenue to those local townships?

Nana Nketsia, can you see to it that every community on the railway lines have access to renewable sources of energy to generate electricity for the trains and the businesses that would spring along tracks?

For any country in the modern world to grow economically, railways would have to be a key component. From the ports to inland ports and distribution centers. Ghana has been blessed with the triangular railway line and yet abandoned it. All the heavy tractor trailer/ Articulator ply their heavy loads on the two lane highways. When the trucks breaks down on the road, the next thing to happen is accident and no one cares about. Ghana in this modern age, has one international airport, no active railway line and we talk big about commerce? that is lnsane. Every Ghana have to travel to accra to travel overseas, what a shame. No ghanaian owned airline, and we pride ourselves as civilized?

A man, who had spent his whole life in the Village, comes to visit a friend. He'd never seen a train or the tracks they run on. While standing in the middle of the railroad tracks one day, he hears this whistle -- Whooee da Whoee! -- but doesn't know what it is.
Predictably, he's hit and is thrown to the side of the tracks. It was only a glancing blow, so he was fortunate to receive only some minor internal injuries, a few broken bones, and some bruises.
After weeks in the hospital recovering, he's at his friend's house. While in the kitchen, he suddenly hears the teakettle whistling. He grabs a baseball bat from the nearby closet and proceeds to batter and bash the teakettle into an unrecognizable lump of metal. His friend, hearing the ruckus, rushes into the kitchen, sees what's happened and asks the desert man, "Why'd you ruin my good tea kettle?"
The village man replies, "Man, you gotta kill these things when they're small

Revamping the railway sector is a very great and noble idea. But who will do it? The very people to put in place policies to have it done are the people who own the articulated trucks. If the railway is revived, what will their trucks carry? They will continue to hold conferences upon conferences, talk upon talks but I tell you it's only to put dust in our eyes.
