Our schools are just for pupils to passing their exams and nothing more creative. In mnay countries pupils even take citizenship classes to understand the need for good citizenship? Do we have such things at all in Ghana? let ... read full comment
Our schools are just for pupils to passing their exams and nothing more creative. In mnay countries pupils even take citizenship classes to understand the need for good citizenship? Do we have such things at all in Ghana? let alone creative cirruculum to enable pupils to be more creative in constructing a car from a cardboard and using a old CD disc as tyres and buttons as lights. Cutting a lovely figure of people on a paper and using material cut to dress them. In this way the pupils would be learning how to cut newspapers and material. Therefore girls and young boys may generate an interest in fashion designing. However schools in Ghana do not operate in this manner. So we have a problem which Napo will need to seriously address in getting our pupils to make those in other developed countries.

Who is the role model for our youths to emulate as the earlier comment requested name just one. Stephen Appiah is the only one that comes to mind.

This will happen if you do not build hotels, acquire dubious wealth to send your kids to be educated in UK/USA, if your bank accounts do not become outrageously fat, if you don’t chase every nice young lady in the district……
If you can become an example. You can become great and famous man! Take a cue from this hymnal
Praise we the wise and brave and strong,
