    This is nothing new, my dear. Our whole society is based on the shaky foundation of chew, pour, pass and forget or never apply. No originality or creativity, but plenty of plagiarism and repeat-after me.

    It means WAEC must change the way it sets its question to incorporate the learning outcomes suggested by Kauffman. That would take the rote learning away
