Scholarships for muslem kids? Mr. Minister, there are many more non-muslems living in the zongos too. Be reminded the effort is not meant for the Muslims only.

Involve the Zongo community leaders / Believe it or not people in general will like to be seen as doing something for themselves first. You give Salaka so let them use their salaka towars helping their communities. By this selected community representative could organise rallies and bring people together to fund raise for a worthy cause ie community development. Then go to the Minister for the Zongo communities with whatever they manage to collect from door to door to double the amount to help their community. The Govt Minister must not assume that the communities are not willing to do their bit towards transforming their communities. This would the downfall of the project if communities are not given the chance to also contribute in one way or the other. If this spirit is successful you will find that many communities will emulate this example and many communities will also benefit from the idea.

They should't anger us. they should live in that filth because they love arabs than themselves that they will use their hard earned dollars to help saudi tourism instead of paying kids fees or building good houses to live in. that zongo ministry should be scraped and let all ghanaians be under the existing ministries.
