  Why will you say he is being partisan? Did you listen to him speak? He said he recalls how years ago he purposed this to the past government and for years nothing was done but this new government is moving fast on this proposal in just a few months. He is only looking to make profit from his investment and doesn't care who is in government. Let's stop seeing everything in partisan light.
