This he thinks it's not fair. Even if he is corrupt he would equally say Kuffuor was also corrupt but was given 2 terms. So why should he be treated that way.
In his mind Ghanaians are tribalistic and because he is a Pepeni they decided to give him a half bowl of rice when everyone else gets a full bowl.
So his attempt to come back is not about governance, Ghana or his abilities or competence. That he agrees that he hasn't got what it takes.
