  If the NDC thieves think they are off the hook, I can promise them, they are hugely sadly mistaken.
  So this is not about collateralization of our natural resources at all. Ghana has over $20 billion dollars in stolen funds with Mahama and his thieves. Ghana will get that money at all cost. If they want to return the stolen funds now, that is to their advantage. They should think about it carefully, very carefully.
