  So ghana what preparations do we make ,plan,before we implement a policy?.free schools on trees? Free schools on over crowarded bed bugs infested boarding schools,no canteen,no toilets,no good drinking in schools and what?.

  Chinese people again? Is it not Bawumia who accused jdm of dealing with china and also importing furniture from that country? Plse there is nothing free. They will turn to ask you to protect their interest.

  It can work very well if you get rid of the heads who have few years and a year to leave the service . They are really squandering money. Please open your eyes .You know your ministry can do massive reshuffling of heads because it takes them some time to study school they are in before they start chopping.if you want your system to work, then do this and I bet you,you will track them.

  It will affect quality. After the student get access to the supposedly free what next? No measure is placed to make under performing students may forfeit the bursary.
  Whereas some may not get the desired grade but at the end may perform than those who will be enjoying the bursary.
  The process is discriminatory and favours the elites.
