You take petroleum surcharges or taxes and you use them to pave the roads. You collect tolls and you use them to pave the roads but that is not the case in Ghana. Some up and coming and younger nations in Africa are far advanced in this sphere than loud mouth, big shaved heads and big english speaking Ghanaians.

This has nothing to do with NPP. Please! Herbert Addo's wish was to be buried by his late wife at Baoleshie. His wife, a royal of Logba in the Volta region died 4 years ago and contrary to custom Herbert insisted on burying her in Accra much to the chagrin of her family. To pacify them he entered into a covenant with them in the presence of a representive of the Aburihene, his lawyer friend Babados, among others. The terms of this covenant was that he would also be buried at Baoleshie on his demise. Its as simple as that. 2 members of his family including a 'wife' of 5 months overrules this wish and sidelines his 5 daughters and 4 siblings. To bring the army and the police to enforce their agenda is just unfortunate. I pray that Kojo Obuobi will find rest.
