Ghanaian leaders must explain it vividly in black and white to the people.
if the contract was awarded from the consolidated fund, were there not enough fund for the project ? then why do you award a contract that have no available funds ?
was it the intention of the Ghana government to do a half job ? in wasting the money , so that when funds are available the contractor start the work fresh from the start again ?
because if you do the first phase , left it for some years uncompleted , the rains would destroy the work done , that is why you have to start it again ? do we think right in this country ?
why do we always waste a lot of resources in this country ,
The constituent MP must follow this , with press releases to update the people.
This is causing financial lost to the state , and all those involved in the delay must go to prison like Tsastu Tsikata

If there is
More questions than answers , then it tells u the leadership in this country are mad people

The NDC inflated the cost of these construction projects at a alarming proportion, through contracts sole sourcing, and charging such an extravagant amount as kick backs. Now the new administration can't easily opt out of these bidding agreements. Because these criminals will run to law court and make a case for judgment debts. The sad thing, is that it feels so unbearable to abide by laws that shields the activities and collaborations of the previous Mahama administration and these dubious construction companies.
