  Now it is not corruption by ndc but a broken public service. Fools if u don't pay them well what do u expect. After all why can't your 110 ministers go and work as errand boys and girls in the ministries. Nonsense

  WHAT IS STILL STILL TAKING PLACE AFTER ATTAINING OUR STATEHOOD, THE CIVIL SERVICE CONTINUES TO RECRUIT CLERICAL ASSISTANTS THROUGH TO CHIEF DIRECTOR WITHOUT THREE YEARS MIDDLE LEVEL PROFESIONAL TRAINING, SEVENTY PERCENT(70%)ON THE JOB TRAINING AND THIRTY PERCENT
  (30%)CLASS ROOM WORK,AND FOR THE TRAINEES TO BE TAUGHT ON THE CONSTITUTION OF GHANA,ENGLISH, FINANCE, OFFICE MANAGEMENT,MATHEMATICS,DIPLOMACY AND , CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Go to many of the departs in the Regional Admin Offices, you will realise the dilapidated infrastructures staff sit in to work. Sometimes they dont even have basic office supplies to work with. Many of the staff sit there do nothing, yet go and withdraw their salaries, not their fault. Visit the various information depts of the country. It is not that you have to create employment by force, govt is spending so much in salaries, but productivity is so low. Retool them and whoever doesnt fit, should get out.
