EVEYTHING IS LONG OVERDUE...THE ROADS, ELECTRICAL GRIDS, ARCHITECTURE, ROAD GRID, STADIUMS EVEN THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM, ADMISSION PROCESS ETC ARE ALL PRIMITIVE...LOOK AT THE NATION'S CONSTITUTION. IT NEEDS TO BE RE WRITTEN.
