They bribed chiefs and others with vehicles, houses, mattresses etc but the folks took the bribes and looked the other way. 2. Also they felt they had Charlotte on their side to call the election for them but Charlotte found out that the tsunami was too overwhelming to present any lies. 3. The NPP outsmarted them by having a well planned and executed collation center. In conjunction with the many radio stations and media houses also broadcasting results in realtime it was difficult for EC to massage the numbers. You could tell from the body language of the EC office during their press conference during the night that they had been outwitted. The government should insist on a root cause analysis of the breakdown at the EC and publish the report.

  Is China not a communist nation with all the communist structures, practices and proceed in place including, birth control policies? Where then is the sense of shame or remorse that is expected of normal decent human beings if Dr. Bawumia and NPP leadership are presumed to be human with human emotions? After all it was the NPP since it's roots in the matemeho/dumbo party that railed against anything communism and did not value or see anything productive or constructive about communism during the early years of the Nkrumah era? As a matter of fact the NPP and NDC sold all state owned enterprises left from the CPP era and now the dumb and dumber Akufo-Addo/Dr. Bawumia are not only calling on communist China to help build Ghana with loans, machinery and advise but are going communist on us with one district one factory hoopla that should make the NPP look stupid right along with the NDC. How could anyone especially you, Kwasi Adade, not show yourself to be ignorant and stupid if you have come around to communist practices after 60+ years of failures trying your hands at your delusional democratic practices? So who is the fool now crawling on all fours to seek handouts from a communist China which will own Ghana in the nearest future with both NPP and NDC eager and willing to sell Ghana for a buck?

  If China is able to produce machines that are able to produce plastic rice, then that country is good. They are even able to produce artificial eggs, wow. We need to partner this great country at all cost.

  Political blindness.because of politics some people just wakeup and talk trash.where is the so called plastic rice??.u people are talking out of cluelessness of what the true Chinese factories can produce.with intelligent negotiations with could actually get one of the best industries of world class in Ghana.china actually have own and operates most of the factories in the developed world today.

  Ghana is an agricultural country with more than 70% of people engaged in farming,fishing etc. The NPP's industrialisation policy of 1-district 1-factory will mostly be Afro-industries. India is more advanced in machines for agro-industries than china. So the government should not overlook India's competence and strength in Agric processing machines. Look for a good mix to promote competition, efficiency and productivity. Avoid the Komenda Sugar factory conundrum of one week work three months shutdown.
