    CAN'T THINK MADNESS.
    THE JUDGEMENT IS GIVEN.AND IT SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE EFFECT;NOT LATER.
    OR,FOR THE WISDOM TO PREVAIL IT SHOULD HAD WAITED AND GAVE JUDGEMENT IN 2018
