Gyan did not become Gyan in a single day. Start preparing his replacement and by he will deliver when the time gets there.

maybe what you should say is the FA has not done enough to scout for Gyan's replacement.

I think Joe Addo's assertion that Gyan is irreplaceable is a misplaced statement. No person is irreplaceable in any endeavour. But truely said by S. Appiah. Otherplayers need to be given the chance to prove themselves as well. Gyan is being very good for the Stars because he was given the chance. So too, I beleive will be for other youngsters that would be called into the team. I like what Akwasi Appiah is doing by calling other youngsters who are showing the potential and long may this continue. I believe Ghana soccer is rich with talents. They need to be given the opportunity. My sincerest call is to the administrators of the Stars to back the present team of handlers(coaches, assit, coaches doctors and all the like) so that they can do their work. Ghana is blessed with good professionals in various endeavours and they should be encauraged and supported by administrators. Monies should be paid on time and the right amounts. People not involved in the affairs of the Stars shouldn't travel or be at their camps. lets eliminate these trailers and the boys will do well always.

I can tell u for a fact that these two players are the only ones in the history of Ghana football that can't be replaced.
Gyan has no fear, he is charismatic, he has power and Skill, unlike mfum (the net breaker,) he does not rely on power too much, he knows how to put the ball out of reach of the goal keeper, Gyan is good in the air, he can shoot with both feet and can score with his head.
Ghana people, why can't U speak the truth?
Nkrumah did nothing, Osei Kofi did nothing and soon Gyan will be forgotten.

ASAMOAH GYAN CAN'T BE REPLACED AND THAT IS WHY AT AGE 17 AND 31 HE PLAYS FOR THE BLACK STARS AND STILL THE BEST STRIKER.

The truth is that there are more opportunities in the Black Stars of today than of old. 10 times more matches than ever. If Yeboah and Abedi, or Kwesi Owusu or Aggrey-Fynn had had these number of matches in their days they could have quietly made the 50 and even more. Another factor is that Asamoah Gyan is selfish. He made sure he was always a lone striker to collect all the balls so that if he gets 20 chances and waste so many, he could make a name with 1, 2 or 3 goals. His hottest challengers in the past few years were K.P.Boateng and Kwesi Appiah(jnr), He ensured they were not drawn too close to him. When Warris and Dwamena became competitors, he ensured they were dropped from this year's Nations' Cup. The Worse exposure of his selfishness was the struggle he had with Stephen Appiah when he forced to take the World Cup penalty against Uruguay with a flympsy excuse that he was targeting the Goal King crown. We all saw what happened. When struggled to have his way against his CAPTAIN who was even 500 times more experienced than him in penalty kicks etc. Today he is boasting that in almost all the Nations Cups he played with injuries and yet he ensured he was the LONE STRIKER who caused goal scoring drought. This made the midfield and defence overworked themselves only to play draws and loses. If we had had three or more calling for balls and hitting hard we would have been scoring 3s, 4s and 5s. So Gyan should give others chances and assist in building other strikers than building and praising himself alone. As the Black Stars play more matches and they score more goals we have 3 or 4 on the way, to replace Assamoah Gyan.
