    Prof., what is the most populous region in Ghana with more constituencies? I am from the Eastern Region anyway so don't assume I am defending the indefensible.

    How many Constituencies are there in Ghana? How are you going to fund the over $200M for the Constituencies? How are you going to make sure the money, if funds become available, does not end up in folks' pocket? Hmmmm
